Embark with MAD Tours and Events for a Cuban experience! Discover Cuban life in Miami during a two-hour walking tour through Little Havana, the city’s mythical popular neighborhood. You’ll feel almost as if you were in Cuba! Your friendly guide will explain the importance and significance of the many monuments in the neighborhood. You’ll also have the opportunity to not only observe a cigar factory and domino players, but also to taste Cuban cuisine and maybe even dance a little salsa!
Let yourself be tempted by delectable Cuban specialties like a cup of rich Cuban coffee or cafecito, a strong and creamy espresso or an empanada, a traditional Cuban pastry. We know that alcohol abuse is bad for your health (and for the rest of your visit), but it would be a shame to stop by the CubaOcho cultural center and not sip on a mojito! The center is a truly marvelous showcase of Cuban history and art. Its rich collections enable you to appreciate the importance of Cuban culture in Miami.

Guide: Our licensed guides reserve the right to cancel the scheduled tour due to weather conditions (rain, storm, snow or other). In case of cancellation, we can offer you an alternative date or a total cancellation, in which case we will give you a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for the private tour: If you send us a cancellation request more than 15 days before the day of your tour, a 50% refund will be given. If you send us a cancellation request less than 15 days before the day of your tour, no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy for the public tour: If you send us a cancellation request more than 15 days before the day of your tour, a 50% refund will be given. If you send us a cancellation request less than 15 days before the day of your tour, no refund will be given.
Pet: As much as we love them, they are not allowed.
Request to reschedule your tour: All requests to reschedule your tour must be made in writing and sent to us via email more than 15 days prior to your tour or activity. There are no exceptions. Without an email, we will not be able to reschedule your tour.
Videos and pictures: We reserve the right to record video footage and photographies in connection with future promotional and publicity for MAD Tours and Events on social media and website.
Belongings: Mad Tours and Events is not responsible for any personal items which are lost, stolen or left behind.
Passenger Voucher check-in Instructions: On the day of tour or activity, please arrive 15 minutes early to the tour departure point at the indicated address sent with your confirmation.
Taxes & Booking fees: They are not included in the rate. Those fees will be indicated once you start the booking reservation process.
No show: Please note that if you do not show up on the day of your tour or activity, your tour is forfeited.
Beverages: MAD Tours does not serve wine, beer and cocktails during the tour. We do ask that if you feel having a beer or wine, to wait until after the tour is over. The reason is that we need to stay on schedule and respect the time for the rest of our group.
Food Allergies: We can accommodate vegetarians, but we are not currently able to accommodate gluten-free diets. We ask that you inform your guide of any allergies you may have during the tour so that your guide can inform you what foods to avoid, or please email us your allergies at isabelle@madtoursandevents.com or contact@madtoursandevents.com
