Your driver will pick you up at your hotel or other location and drop you off wherever you want to end your evening or day. It’s ideal to have him drop you off at a restaurant, theater or secret speakeasy in the city!
If you select a night tour, the Big Apple lights up as your private limousine roams Manhattan Island, and you’ll be able to capture unforgettable images of the city’s buildings and skyscrapers! You’ll pass through such must-see places as bustling Times Square the famous commercial intersection, tourist destination and entertainment center in midtown, 34th Street (home to the Empire State Building and Macy’s Herald Square and Rockefeller Center with 14 original Art Deco buildings centered around Rockefeller Plaza.
Water and sodas are available on board. And why not add some champagne bubbles to toast your deluxe discovery of New York City in a limo? On the 3-hour tour, the limo will stay in Manhattan; it won’t go to Brooklyn or other boroughs. On the 4-hour tour, the limo will take you anywhere you want. Pro tip: the view of Manhattan from DUMBO is out of this world.

Please note that a limousine on the weekend, holidays or special events in the city may result in a higher price.

This tour is available for the hearing impaired. We can provide a translator for sign language. Please contact us for rates and availability.
Driver: Our drivers reserve the right to cancel the scheduled tour due to weather conditions (rain, storm, snow or other). In case of cancellation, we can offer you an alternative date or a total cancellation, in which case we will give you a full refund. Our Drivers are English speakers
Cancellation Policy: If you send us a cancellation request more than 7 days before the day of your tour, a 50% refund will be given. If you send us a cancellation request less than 7 days before the day of your tour, no refund will be given.
Request to reschedule your tour: All requests to reschedule your tour must be made in writing and sent to us via email more than 7 days prior to your tour or activity. There are no exceptions. Without an email, we will not be able to reschedule your tour.
Videos and pictures: We reserve the right to record video footage and photographies in connection with future promotional and publicity for MAD Tours and Events on social media and website.
Belongings: Mad Tours and Events is not responsible for any personal items which are lost, stolen or left behind.
Passenger Voucher check-in Instructions: On the day of tour or activity, please arrive 15 minutes early to the tour departure point at the indicated address sent with your confirmation.
Pet: As much as we love them, they are not allowed.
Taxes & Booking fees: They are not included in the rate. Those fees will be indicated once you start the booking reservation process.
Please note that if you do not show up on the day of your tour or activity, your tour is forfeited.
