All aboard! Whether with family, friends or your beloved, it’s a brilliant idea to tour Biscayne Bay by yacht, either at sunset or during the day. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled because at any moment you could be greeted by dolphin friends! If you go on the sunset cruise, the return trip will take place at nightfall, under the glorious sky illuminated by the bright city lights of Miami. If you prefer a day cruise, we’ll be glad to accommodate it according to your schedule! Take advantage of the warm weather and don’t forget to bring your bathing suit since a refreshing swim is part of the program. These happy moments are sure to be one of your favorite memories of your stay in Miami. What’s more, we’ll head directly downtown via the Miami River!

- Haulover Sandbar, a tranquil sandbar north of Miami Beach, a popular place for both Miamians (who own a boat, of course) and tourists; you’ll adore this haven of peace in the middle of the lagoon
- Indian Creek, a beautiful quiet island and residential spot par excellence that is exclusively accessible via the lagoon
- Flagler Monument Island, an islet dominated in its center by an obelisk in homage to Henry Flagler (an American industrialist who was a key figure in the development of the Atlantic coast of Florida and founder of the Florida East Coast Railway)

Accessibility: This activity is not possible for people with disabilities in wheelchairs. This activity is available for the hearing impaired. We can provide a translator for sign language. Please contact us for rates and availability.
Guide: Our licensed guides and staff reserve the right to cancel the scheduled tour due to weather conditions (rain, storm, snow or other). In case of cancellation, we can offer you an alternative date or a total cancellation, in which case we will give you a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for the private yacht rental: If you send us a cancellation request more than 15 days before the day of your tour, a 50% refund will be given. If you send us a cancellation request less than 15 days before the day of your tour, no refund will be given.
Pet: As much as we love them, they are not allowed.
Request to reschedule your tour: All requests to reschedule your tour must be made in writing and sent to us via email more than 15 days prior to your tour or activity. There are no exceptions. Without an email, we will not be able to reschedule your tour.
Videos and pictures: We reserve the right to record video footage and photographies in connection with future promotional and publicity for MAD Tours and Events on social media and website.
Belongings: Mad Tours and Events is not responsible for any personal items which are lost, stolen or left behind.
Passenger Voucher check-in Instructions: On the day of tour or activity, please arrive 15 minutes early to the tour departure point at the indicated address sent with your confirmation.
Taxes & Booking fees: They are not included in the rate. Those fees will be indicated once you start the booking reservation process.
No show: Please note that if you do not show up on the day of your tour or activity, your tour is forfeited.
Important information for private charter: The Fuel and Damage deposit is not included in the prices displayed on this page. Some vessels include fuel, in which case, the deposit is only for damage and additional expenses. Additional fees and charges may apply, including those incurred should the boat or yacht be damaged, breaking any rules or regulations (including overboarding the vessel with more than the approved passenger’s capacity), additional cleaning required over and above the standard cleaning included in your fees, or any other reasonable and foreseeable charge. By paying your deposit and signing your charter agreement, you are agreeing to Mad Tours and Event’s Terms of Service. Mad Tours and Events will contact all client requests via phone and email to finalize the charter once the payment has been fully made through our trusted 3rd party processor. Only by paying your full amount is your vessel considered reserved. Confirmed bookings will receive confirmation via email.
