Our major commitment is human inclusion, not only with our clients but also with all our service providers, taking into account your belief, your culture, your nationality, or your handicaps. We want to practice more responsible tourism and these two values are at the heart of our agency. We work hands in hands with our local service providers which creates a bond that our clients will benefit from during their next stay. It also means that we are working to minimize negative social, economic, and environmental impacts. We have open discussions with local people in decisions making that may affect their cultural heritage and the protection of their environment. We take pride at MAD Tours to also educate to be culturally sensitive, encouraging respect between tourists and hosts and building pride and confidence.<\/p>\n

Throughout the year 2020-2021, we have conducted a collective reflection around the Human Project. This work has led us to express more gratitude towards you, by establishing more ethics, establishing open relationships, being more flexible, and creating more trust towards our partners. Our ambition is to put the human touch in the company, the human touch in our events, the human touch always in the forefront with our clients with the opening of our agency.<\/p>\n

We are reaffirming our profession as creators of ambiance, vacations, and events, a profession we are proud and passionate about. But above all, we wish to be a different, unique, and inclusive agency, a trusted partner who will bring you a smile as soon as you contact us!<\/p>\n
