What if the weather is bad? What happens?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

The tours take place whether it\u2019s raining or not, so don\u2019t forget to bring an umbrella or a K-Way
\nIf the weather conditions are too bad (tornado, cold, snowstorm, hurricane\u2026), the visits are postponed or
\neven cancelled and refunded. You will be informed as soon as possible.

How long does the tour last?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Most of our guided tours last between 2h; 3h30 or 4h and take place either in the morning, afternoon or even in the evening depending on the tour.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Fashion session before meeting us? Do you want to go out depending on the city?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Bring sneakers or shoes and comfortable clothes unless you want to walk like the stars in New York or
\nLos Angeles.
\nWe still recommend a little weather check in the morning to make sure you dress accordingly.

In case of delay or unforeseen circumstances, we invite you to contact MAD Tours as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The famous tip to the guide and to the driver?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

It is customary to leave a gratuity at the end of the trip to your guides and drivers who will have accompanied you throughout your stay. This is of course left to your discretion. As an indication, the commonly adopted basis for the guide is from $5 per day and per person; for the drivers from $2 to $3 per day and per person.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Who will be the conductor of your guided tour and where can I find him\/her?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

The guide will be at the place indicated on your confirmation to welcome you. He\/she will wear a MAD
\nTours badge or sign. His\/her name and contact information will be sent to you by e-mail 7 days before
\nthe tour.

Hungry during one of our tours? We won't let you starve, just ask the guide on site!<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

If you take our culinary tour, this is of course expected as it is the premise of this tour. For the other
\ntours, no, but the guide will let you buy a bottle of water, a candy or other delicacy if needed that you will
\nconsume during the tour.

It depends on the visit and the age of the child. Parents are responsible for their children. Children under 6 years old must be able to keep up with the pace of the group depending on the tour selected. A stroller may be recommended.

Can we provide tours for people with disabilities?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Most of our walking tours are accessible to people in wheelchairs or other disabilities. However, it is

We suggest that you do not wait too long in order to avoid any bad surprise, especially during
